NOIA was created to fill the gap between chocolate that was good for you and chocolate that tasted delicious. We could see that people (including ourselves) were often settling for very average tasting chocolate because unfortunately, there wasn’t anything better in the market – so I decided to make it myself! Fast forward 3.5 years (yes, 3.5 years) – we officially launched in March ’23 and it was definitely worth the wait.
We launched with two ranges, our Everyday & Premium range. All our products contain premium Peruvian cacao & lucuma powder for health benefits, our Premium range also includes medicinal mushrooms for health benefits such as sleep, immune boosting, cognitive & gut health.
(Don’t worry, it actually enhances the cacao notes making the chocolate taste even better).
Unlike a lot of our competitors who import pre-made couverture chocolate, we have created all of our recipes and create our chocolates entirely from scratch here in Australia to ensure the taste & quality isn’t comparable.
