Who we are
SHE-com is the world’s fastest growing community for women building product-based ecommerce brands. Founded by Lisa Jones, a multi brand founder who knows firsthand how business can create both freedom and pressure, SHE-com was created to make that journey lighter. What began as a local initiative has become a global movement, giving women the roadmap, tools, and support they need to build businesses that fund their dreams without draining them.

We travel as a team to events, so you will get to be more social. This includes options to join our retreats, events, team weekend, client dinner and more
You can continue to grow your own ecommerce brand alongside having a few hours a week inside SHE-com, it’s the perfect way to have your cake and eat it too!
We encourage you to build your own personal brand (outside of your ecommerce brand) on socials and on stages! It's another brand you can build to have a few eggs in different baskets should you ever wish to sell your ecom brand
We do ask you to sign an agreement that you won’t copy SHE-com or our IP in any way, before working for us. This includes being able to coach inside SHE-com only (and no other coaching organisations), and to not compete with us outside SHE-com
We provide ongoing professional development to our coaching team, meaning we upskill you as we work together. None of us are professional coaches so don't worry!
