Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for empowering female entrepreneurs in the ecommerce space? SHE-com is looking for a motivated and experienced Member Growth Manager to join our vibrant team. Your focus will be on closing sales and driving revenue by connecting female entrepreneurs with SHE-com’s specialised programs. You’ll be at the forefront of our sales process, building meaningful connections and guiding prospects to solutions that will empower them to scale their businesses with confidence.

Member growth manager

The opportunity

As a Member Growth Manager, your primary responsibility will be to close sales and convert leads into committed clients. You will lead discovery calls and use your expertise in sales to deliver tailored solutions to female entrepreneurs, ensuring they see the value in SHE-com’s offerings and feel supported in their journey. This role is all about building trust, understanding client needs, and delivering impactful results.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand the specific needs of female entrepreneurs, presenting the value of SHE-com’s programs with confidence and clarity.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track sales activity, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs set by the executive team.
  • Drive sales of our core offerings: Start-Up Program, Academy+, Scale Mastermind Program, and Retreats.
  • Handle objections effectively, using empathy-driven sales techniques to address concerns and guide prospects toward confident decisions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team and Head of Growth to identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
