Before launching my eco nappy range, I did extensive research and exhibited at baby expos to pick the brains of what parents want out of a nappy. Over a 12 month period, we gathered 32,000 names of parents who are about to be parents or had young babies. We had proved our concept before investing and had even sold $100,000 worth of nappies before we received our first container of stock.
