SHE-com’s services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16 years of age. Social media platforms also impose restrictions on users under 16, and we comply with these laws.
Our membership includes access to SHE-com AI coaches (“SHE-AI bots”) that you can chat with inside the Hub. So the coaches can actually be useful to you, here is how your conversations are handled:
What we collect. When you chat with an AI coach, we store the conversation, along with your name if you share it. Each member’s conversations are stored separately and are never visible to other members.
Why we keep it. We keep conversations for three reasons:
Who else processes it. Our AI coaches are powered by Anthropic’s Claude models. Your messages are processed by Anthropic to generate responses, under their commercial data protections; they are not used to train Anthropic’s models. We do not sell your conversations or share them with anyone else.
Your choices. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information (like health, financial account or identity details) in chats — the coaches don’t need it to help you. You can ask us to delete your conversation history at any time by emailing members@shecom.co, and we’ll take care of it.
We review and update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in Australian privacy laws. Any significant updates will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
