SHE-com
PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 5 August 2026
This website platform https://shecom.co/ (Site or Platform) is owned and operated by SHE-Com Pty Ltd as Trustee for SHE-com Trust ABN 65289469568 trading as SHE-com (SHE-com, we, our, or us).
The Platform offers four main programs (each a Program) targeted to female e-commerce entrepreneurs and designed to support different stages of a business journey:
a. Zero to Hero: For new entrepreneurs launching their e-commerce business.
b. Academy: For established businesses looking to accelerate growth.
c. Circle: A premium program for established e-commerce brands ready for elite-level growth and personal mentorship. Circle provides one-to-one private coaching sessions, access to group calls and events, program modules, AI tools, and membership in the SHE-com community.
Each Program provides access to program modules, group coaching calls, AI tools, and membership in the SHE-com community. Specific entitlements vary by program and are described on the relevant program page at the time of enrolment.
These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the use of our Site and your participation in our Programs. By accessing the Site or enrolling in any Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before completing any purchase or enrolling in any Program. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Site or enrol in any Program.
IMPORTANT: These Terms contain provisions which may limit our liability and require certain actions from you. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept these provisions.
a. You may need to register an account or set up a profile to access certain features of the Site, including any Program content.
b. You agree that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
d. You must notify us immediately at hello@shecom.co if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
e. You may not share, transfer, or permit others to use your account or login credentials. Sharing login credentials will result in the termination of your membership, and no refund will be issued.
a. Program Fees:
When you enrol in a Program, you agree to pay the total program fee for your chosen Program. Depending on the Program, this may be paid as:
i. Single Payment (Zero to Hero): A one-off payment for access to the Zero to Hero program.
ii. Annual Payment (Academy): A single payment covering a twelve (12) month period.
iii. Payment Plan (Academy and Circle): The total Program Fee paid in equal monthly instalments. A Payment Plan is a commitment to the full Program and its minimum term (Academy’s first billing cycle; Circle’s four (4) month Initial Commitment Period) — it is not a casual month-to-month arrangement that can be ended at will. The specific terms are set out in Section 4.
Regardless of participation, Program Fees are non-refundable unless specified under the 7-Day Satisfaction Commitment (Section 18) or required by law. Payments will be processed automatically, and it is your responsibility to ensure that payment details remain valid.
b. Payment Processing:
Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment provider. By submitting your payment, you authorise us (and our payment provider) to charge the specified amount to your nominated payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges.
c. Currency:
All fees are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.
a. Zero to Hero: Enrolment and Fees. Zero to Hero is purchased with a single, one-off payment of $1,997. The price is the same regardless of your country; for Australian participants it is inclusive of GST. There is no recurring billing and no subscription to renew or cancel. At checkout you may elect to pay using PayPal Pay in 4. Pay in 4 is a payment arrangement between you and PayPal, subject to PayPal’s own terms; SHE-com is not a credit provider and receives your program fee in full from PayPal. Participants who previously purchased the SHE-com Start UP program receive a credit of $497 toward Zero to Hero, applied at the time of enrolment.
b. Program Access. Your enrolment gives you access to the Zero to Hero program materials, the printable program workbook, the weekly live “get unstuck” calls, and the SHE-com community spaces, for the life of the Program. Your access has no expiry date and the Program is self-paced; there is no deadline by which you must complete it.
c. Life of the Program. “Life of the Program” means the period during which SHE-com continues to operate Zero to Hero. If SHE-com retires the Program, we will give you at least sixty (60) days’ notice by email, and you will retain the ability to download the workbook and all downloadable program materials before access ends. Live calls and community access end when the Program ends.
d. No Refunds. Except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), all Zero to Hero fees are non-refundable. For the avoidance of doubt, the 7-Day Satisfaction Commitment in Section 18 does not apply to Zero to Hero. We encourage you to ask us any questions before enrolling, and our team will tell you honestly if we do not believe the Program is right for you.
e. Live Events. From time to time SHE-com may offer live onboarding events or cohort weekends for Zero to Hero participants. Attendance is optional, places may be limited, and recordings may be provided. These events form part of the Program experience and carry no separate fee unless stated.
f. Outcomes. Zero to Hero is an education program. It is designed to help you launch and begin selling, but SHE-com does not promise any revenue figure, business result, or timeframe, and your outcomes depend on your own circumstances and effort. On completion you receive a Certificate of Completion. Zero to Hero is not an accredited course and does not confer any qualification recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
The Academy annual subscription covers a fixed twelve (12) month period from the date of payment. Annual subscription fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel during your annual subscription period, no refund or pro-rata credit will be issued; however, you will retain full access to the program and all associated resources for the remainder of your paid subscription period. At the end of the twelve (12) month period, the subscription will automatically renew for a subsequent twelve (12) month period unless cancelled in accordance with Section 7. If your annual renewal occurs but you did not intend to renew, you have fourteen (14) days from the renewal date to request a refund. If this request is made within the 14-day period, the renewal payment will be refunded in full. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for any renewals.
The Academy Payment Plan divides your total Program Fee into equal monthly instalments, billed in advance, with each instalment covering the month ahead. It is a commitment to the full Program, not a month-to-month option you can end at will. To allow you the space to experience the program in full, cancellation requests cannot be submitted during your first billing cycle (the first thirty (30) days from your initial payment). The only exception during this period is the 7-Day Satisfaction Commitment (Section 18), which allows you to exit and receive a full refund within the first seven (7) calendar days of joining. Once your first billing cycle is complete, you may submit a cancellation request at any time by emailing members@shecom.co. As payment plan instalments are paid in advance, your access will continue through the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for, after which no further charges will be made and access will be revoked.
Circle is offered on a Payment Plan basis. The Circle program requires a minimum commitment of four (4) months, commencing from the date of your first payment (the Initial Commitment Period). During the Initial Commitment Period, you are obligated to complete all four (4) monthly instalments. Early cancellation during the Initial Commitment Period is not permitted, and you remain liable for all scheduled instalments within this period regardless of participation. By enrolling, you confirm that you have the capacity to fulfil this commitment.
Upon completion of the Initial Commitment Period, your Circle Payment Plan will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. There is no further minimum commitment after the initial four (4) months. You may cancel your ongoing Payment Plan at any time in accordance with the cancellation process set out in Section 7.
If a payment is declined or fails for any reason, you must provide a valid replacement payment method immediately. If payment is not received within three (3) days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to the program until your account is brought up to date. You remain fully responsible for any outstanding program fees, regardless of participation status.
During any period of suspended access, no refund or credit will be provided. Your billing obligations continue, and you remain liable for all payments as originally scheduled.
The pause entitlement set out in this Section applies only to programs with recurring billing — the Academy Payment Plan, the Academy annual subscription, and SHE-com Circle. As Zero to Hero is a one-off purchase, there is no billing to pause and this Section does not apply to Zero to Hero.
You are entitled to pause your subscription for up to sixty (60) days per calendar year. A pause may be requested at any time by emailing members@shecom.co. Pause requests are subject to availability of your remaining pause allocation for the current calendar year. If you have already used your full sixty (60) day allocation in the current calendar year, no further pauses will be available until the following calendar year.
When your subscription is paused:
– Your billing will be temporarily suspended for the duration of the pause.
– Your access to Program content will be limited to general community chat only.
– Your pause will be applied from the next billing cycle after your request is processed.
At the end of your pause period, your subscription will automatically resume, your billing will restart, and full program access will be restored. If you wish to cancel rather than resume at the end of a pause, you must submit a cancellation request in accordance with Section 7 before the pause period ends.
If a payment fails and is not resolved within the three (3) day period set out in Section 5, SHE-com may move your account to a paused state as part of its failed payment process. During this time, your access will be limited to the general community chat only. If you have remaining pause allocation available, you may request to convert the failed payment situation into a formal pause, in which case your billing will be paused and the cancellation timeline will reset. Any outstanding failed payment amount must be resolved before a formal pause can be confirmed. If you do not have remaining pause allocation, or if payment is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the original due date, your account may be cancelled in accordance with Section 7.b.
Subject to the program-specific rules set out in Section 4, you may submit a cancellation request via email to members@shecom.co. Your cancellation notice must include your full name, the program you are enrolled in, and your requested cancellation date. As Zero to Hero is a one-off purchase, there is no subscription to cancel. For the Academy Payment Plan, cancellation requests cannot be submitted during your first billing cycle, except under the 7-Day Satisfaction Commitment (Section 18). For SHE-com Circle, cancellation is only available after completion of the four (4) month Initial Commitment Period.
Valid cancellation method: Email to members@shecom.co is the sole accepted method of cancellation.
Pause alternative: Before cancelling, you may wish to consider pausing your subscription instead. Details of the pause entitlement are set out in Section 6 of these Terms.
Effect of cancellation:
– For Zero to Hero, as it is a one-off purchase, there is no recurring billing to cancel. Zero to Hero is non-refundable and the 7-Day Satisfaction Commitment does not apply.
– For the Academy Payment Plan, as instalments are paid in advance, your access will continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which no further charges will be made.
– For the Academy annual subscription, no refund will be issued, but you will retain full access to the program and all associated resources until the end of your paid subscription period.
– For SHE-com Circle, cancellation is only available after the four (4) month Initial Commitment Period has been completed. Following completion, as payment plan instalments are paid in advance, your access will continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which no further charges will be made.
– No early exit fees apply.
SHE-com reserves the right to terminate your access to the program for non-payment, breach of terms, or conduct deemed harmful to SHE-com or other participants. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and any remaining payments due under your subscription will remain payable.
Following the effective date of your cancellation, your access to all program materials, community spaces, tools, and resources will be revoked.
Throughout the duration of your Program, you will receive various entitlements (Program Entitlements) designed to enhance your learning experience. The specific entitlements available to you are as described in the Program description at the time of your enrolment.
a. Detailed Information:
For a complete and current list of the Program Entitlements, please refer to the detailed Program description on our Site https://shecom.co.
b. Adherence to Advertised Entitlements:
We commit to providing all the entitlements as outlined in the applicable Program description at the time of your enrolment. These entitlements will not change during your subscription period.
c. Changes to Program Entitlements:
We may from time to time update or modify the Program Entitlements available in Programs. If a change to the Program Entitlements is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice of the change via email.
d. Limitation:
SHE-com reserves the right to reasonably adjust the format, scheduling, or delivery method of entitlements (for example, shifting from live to pre-recorded content, or adjusting group call frequency) provided that the overall value and scope of the Program remains consistent with what was advertised at the time of your enrolment.

e. Posting job advertisements or promoting services, including requests for team members, sourcing recommendations, or other promotional activities is not permitted in community spaces.
f. You must not solicit, recruit, or attempt to engage other SHE-com members for external business ventures, coaching, mentoring, or promotional activities, whether inside or outside SHE-com community spaces. Community spaces exist solely for the purpose of peer support and learning within the Program.
g. Breach of these standards may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community at our sole discretion. In cases of serious or repeated misconduct, your membership may be terminated without refund.
a. Our Programs provide educational content and guidance designed to support you in growing your e-commerce business. The information shared through coaching sessions, modules, and resources is general in nature and is provided as education and mentoring, not as professional advice.
b. Nothing in our Programs constitutes financial, legal, tax, health, or professional advice. You should seek independent advice from a qualified professional before making any business or financial decisions.
c. While our coaches and facilitators share knowledge, tools, and strategies based on their experience, they are not acting as your financial advisor, lawyer, or medical professional.

f. Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, your right to access and use Program Content is immediately revoked.
g. All trademarks, logos, branding, and proprietary terms (including “SHE-com”) remain the exclusive property of SHE-com.
h. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Program Content, coaching strategies, proprietary tools, and any other materials or information made available through the Program. This includes the personal information, stories, and experiences shared by other members within the community.

j. We reserve the right to take legal action, including seeking injunctive relief and damages, against any person who infringes our intellectual property rights.
SHE-com may provide access to AI-powered tools and other third-party applications as part of the Program Entitlements. These tools and services are subject to their own terms and conditions and are provided on an “as is” basis.
a. SHE-com does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any output generated by AI tools or third-party applications.
b. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs from these tools in your business.

b. Understand that Program content is educational in nature and is not a guarantee of any specific business or financial results. We guarantee the entitlements listed in your program description. We do not guarantee specific business results.
c. Acknowledge that SHE-com coaches and staff provide general guidance and mentoring, not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and that the success or failure of your business depends solely on your efforts.
d. Commit to the program by joining. If the program is not the right fit, the 7-Day Satisfaction Commitment (Section 18) provides a full refund within the first seven (7) calendar days. Outside of this window, and subject to the cancellation rules in Sections 4 and 7, program fees are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the time and resources to fully commit to the program before enrolling.
e. Bring enthusiasm, positive energy, and a growth mindset to all aspects of the Program.
f. Communicate with coaches and staff through official channels, such as the designated email members@shecom.co, rather than personal social media profiles.
g. Engage fully, striving to be the best version of yourself and give your utmost effort.
h. Certify that you are here to grow your own e-commerce brand and are not coaching any clients as a business or e-commerce coach. Engaging in such activities constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
i. Use the Program Content, community spaces, and resources strictly for the intended educational and community purposes.
j. Act in good faith and in the best interests of the SHE-com community.
k. Abide by all SHE-com community guidelines, group rules, and standards of behaviour as communicated from time to time.

b. Our total liability under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total amount of Program Fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
c. These limitations of liability apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including, where applicable, the Australian Consumer Law).
d. SHE-com does not guarantee any specific results, business outcomes, income levels, or return on investment from participation in any Program. All results depend on individual effort, skill, and a range of factors outside SHE-com’s control.
e. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SHE-com’s liability for breach of any non-excludable consumer guarantees is limited, at SHE-com’s discretion, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having the service resupplied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHE-com, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal costs) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your participation in any Program, or your use of the Site.
a. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
b. You can access the full Privacy Policy at https://shecom.co/privacy-policy.
c. By registering on the Site or enrolling in a Program, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
SHE-com will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if the failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, internet disruptions, or other circumstances that could not be reasonably anticipated or prevented.
18. 7-DAY SATISFACTION COMMITMENT
The SHE-com 7-Day Satisfaction Commitment (Satisfaction Commitment) allows new participants to request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from their program start date, subject to the conditions set out below.
This Satisfaction Commitment applies to the Academy and Circle programs. The Satisfaction Commitment does not apply to Zero to Hero. For the Academy Payment Plan, and for the Circle Initial Commitment Period, this Satisfaction Commitment is the only method by which a member may exit the program and receive a refund during the first billing cycle or Initial Commitment Period.
To be eligible for a refund under this Satisfaction Commitment, you must:
a. Submit a written refund request via email to members@shecom.co within seven (7) calendar days of your program start date.
b. Include your full name, enrolled program, start date, and the reason for your request in your email.
c. Have not previously received a refund under this Satisfaction Commitment for any SHE-com program.
d. Have not enrolled in a program you have previously cancelled and re-joined.
a. Refund requests will be reviewed within five (5) business days of receipt.
b. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within fifteen (15) business days.
c. Where a promotional discount, bonus, or special offer was applied at the time of purchase, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the full value of any benefits accessed during the 7-day period.
a. This Satisfaction Commitment is limited to one (1) use per person across all SHE-com programs.
b. SHE-com reserves the right to decline a refund request where there is evidence that the Satisfaction Commitment is being used in bad faith, including but not limited to enrolling solely to access content with the intention of requesting a refund.
c. Upon approval of a refund, your access to the Program will be revoked immediately.
d. This Satisfaction Commitment does not apply where otherwise excluded by specific program terms or by law.
e. This Satisfaction Commitment does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are not permitted under any circumstances to use or access any documents or content on our Site or within any Program in any way that competes with our business. SHE-com reserves the right to exclude and deny access to any person using this Site or accessing our Programs who we reasonably believe is a competitor, at our sole discretion. If you are found to be using Program Content for competitive purposes, your membership may be terminated immediately without refund.
a. If a dispute arises between you and SHE-com in connection with these Terms, you must first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us in writing at hello@shecom.co.
b. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) days, either party may refer the dispute to mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator.
c. If mediation does not resolve the dispute within a further thirty (30) days, either party may commence legal proceedings.
d. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interlocutory relief.
a. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
b. Electronic Signature: These Terms will become binding when you agree to these Terms, including by clicking “I consent” or “I agree” or similar, or by purchasing and/or commencing our Programs.
c. Severability: Whenever possible, each provision of these Terms will be interpreted in such a manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will nevertheless remain in full force and effect and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid or enforceable provision.
d. Assignment: You cannot assign these Terms, or otherwise deal with the benefit of them or any rights under them, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign or novate the Terms, or otherwise deal with the benefit of them or rights under them, without your consent.
e. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute our entire agreement with you about our Programs and supersede all previous agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
f. Amendments: Where we consider a change to have a material adverse impact on your use of the Site or your participation in a Program, we will notify you of the change by email using the contact details you have provided. For all other changes, it is your responsibility to review these Terms from time to time while you are using the Site or enrolled in a Program. By continuing to access the Site or any Program after the updated Terms take effect, you are taken to have accepted the updated Terms.
g. If you are uncertain about these Terms or anything else on our Site, you should contact us before completing any purchase or continuing with a Program.
