The entry fee is $197. If you are submitting 4 or more products, the entry fee reduces to $97 per product.
A LOT of work goes into coordinating the SHE-com Product Awards. The entry fee goes towards the hours involved managing the submission process, judging, admin, website, warehouse storage costs and logistics.
The fee charged to enter these awards does not guarantee you will win – winners will be selected by an independent panel of judges and based on the judging criteria.
After products are submitted, finalists for each category are selected by the SHE-com team based on quality, design, packaging and overall user experience.
Finalist products are then judged by an independent, expert panel of judges at judging sessions held on 17 August 2023 August (Beauty & Skincare and Food & Beverage Finalists will be required to send products to judges one month in advance of the judging session to allow adequate time to assess each product).
In 2022 our panel of judges included buyers from The Iconic, journalists from ARE Media and a range of e-commerce experts.
We are currently putting together the judging panel for 2023 but rest assured we will again be including a range of buyers, media and e-commerce authorities you’ll want to get your products in front of!
To receive an award, each individual product needs a separate entry submitted. The exception to this rule is variations of the same product. For example, an item of clothing in different colours but the same style will only require one submission. If you have a product with multiple variations we suggest submitting your best selling option.
A separate entry is required for each category, even if you are entering the same product.

We will not be held responsible for product submissions that go missing in transit. Please send submissions with tracked postage; we highly recommend insuring your parcel against loss.
Unfortunately we are unable to return products after the judging process is complete.
Products in a suitable condition will be donated to a DV charity or other charitable organisations.
If you want to get started but aren’t ready to complete your application today, you have two weeks to complete your application after your initial registration and payment.

If you are selected as a finalist, products in the beauty & skincare and food & beverage categories will be required to send 3 additional products. Please do not send these until you have been confirmed as a finalist in your category.
Any products received after close of business on 30 June 2023 will be ineligible and no refund will be made.
SHE-com will not be held liable for any items lost in transit – we highly recommend using a tracked shipping option and taking out insurance with your postal provider in the event that your parcel is lost.
Finalists will be announced on 17 July 2023. All finalists will be contacted via email and provided with a SHE-com Product Awards Finalist medallion.
Following announcement of finalists, entrants in the Beauty & Skincare and Food & Beverage categories will be required to submit three additional products for review by the judging panel.
Distribution of products to individual judges will be managed by the SHE-com team.
Initial product submissions will be reviewed by the SHE-com team in order to select the finalists in each category.
Finalists will be judged by an independent panel of judges made up of buyers, media and ecommerce experts. No guarantee can be made that a particular judge will review any particular category.
SHE-com reserves the right to merge categories if there are insufficient entries, or move products into alternate categories where the SHE-com team believe they would be better suited.
Due to the high volume of entries, SHE-com is unable to guarantee specific feedback on each product entered.
The judges decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
Any SHE-com medallions awarded (including but not limited to finalist, first place, second place, third place, highly commended or editors choice) must only be featured on the relevant product entered.
