Today we leave early for a day out to Ubud, where we have access to a jungle swimming pool and hotel room to leave your items and get changed, and today we all get a 60-minute massage at a beautiful day spa, and lunch in a jungle cafe. We also get time to relax, swim, do photo shoots at another beautiful hotel, and shop in Ubud. Identifying new products you could source in Bali is an important part of this retreat, and Ubud is a mecca for shoppers, so bring an empty bag and plan to wander the streets following Lisa's mud map of her favourite shops to find new inspiration for your store.
Dinner
We finish the day with an amazing Balinese dinner in a tropical garden before heading back to our Sanur hotel.

Spent an incredible week with over 50 business women at the SHE-com Bali retreat and came away with so many ideas to implement in my business. The workshops and coaching had so many gold nuggets, but so much priceless info came from our break out sessions with other business owners and coaches being an open book as far as supplying advice. This is a lovely 4 star hotel, keeping the retreat pricing affordable, but without compromising on a little bit of luxury (you should see the bathrooms!).

Here is Lisa explaining more about the retreat with some fun stories about the last retreat!
Lisa has travelled to Bali more than 30 times. She has hand picked our drivers, restaurants and hotels. She also has friends who live in Bali permanently and is well connected.
There is an international hospital close to our hotel and security at the hotel (not that we will need any of that of course!). Not once in her 37 trips to Bali has Lisa ever experienced any crime of any sort.
Of course as an adult you will need to make safe decisions whilst there but as a team we will do everything we can to ensure your safety and security, which includes eating in the restaurants we take you to (no one wants Bali belly!).
If you are nervous about flying over on your own, we can try and match you with a travel buddy for flights to the retreat.
Visa travel requirements to Bali change regularly and we suggest you check closer to departure date. You will be required to buy a visa on arrival (or you can apply online before you arrive) on an Australian passport which is inexpensive.
You will also need to pay a tourism levy (approx $15AUD) which you can do online prior to your arrival.
You must have at least 6 months validity left on your passport to enter Indonesia.
Yes you absolutely should. We have been using fastcover.com.au travel insurance for low cost comprehensive insurance including medical cover should you have any kind of emergency whilst in a foreign country. Once you have paid for your retreat we suggest you take out the insurance straight away to cover you should you have to cancel for any reason.

We will be splitting our clients into circles to work with different mentors who are each specialists in start ups and new business launches, emerging brands and businesses scaling into the millions and beyond.
A lot of our clients are varied in ages but often we are lucky enough to attract more mature business women. We adore you and you will find lots of new friends on the retreat. We are all young at heart and whilst we enjoy the occasional cocktail, early nights in bed are to be celebrated as a gift to ourselves! You will fit right into the groove with our team and clients.
We haven’t booked any future dates yet although we may run another retreat in 2026. No guarantee on this though so don’t miss out!
There’s never the perfect time to go on a business retreat. If we let life, kids, husbands, money or business stresses stop us, we would never do anything!!!

Yes, great idea! You can book direct with the Sudamala Hotel for the days before the retreat (or find accommodation elsewhere), and it’s a great idea to be on the ground relaxing before the retreat starts.
We have a private FB group for the retreat so you can even find other women also staying there and have a coffee together before the retreat officially kicks off.
It can also be a great idea to add a few spare nights on at the end. You can stay locally at the Sudamala Hotel or move to another area like Legian or Ubud. Happy to help you find a nice hotel if you need a recommendation.
