⎯⎯⎯ WHY THIS. WHY NOW.

For ten years, supply chain was a back-office problem.
That world is gone.

For most of the last decade, Australian ecommerce founders have treated supply chain the same way. Source from China. Ship by sea. Hold a bit of stock. Repeat. That's over.

Three forces are hitting your margin at once. And they're not slowing down.

Your ads cost more every month

Meta, Google and TikTok ad costs keep climbing. Every dollar you spend at the top of the funnel buys less traffic than it did 18 months ago. The days of cheap acquisition are behind us. Which means every leak in your margin now costs you twice.

Freight and fuel are volatile

Landed cost assumptions you set 12 to 24 months ago no longer hold. Shipping routes that used to be predictable are now subject to disruption, surcharges, delays and re-routes. And they compound on a per-SKU basis. The brands still profitable in 2027 are the ones re-modelling this now.

Sourcing is unpredictable

Geopolitical instability and active military conflict in multiple regions are making manufacturing hubs, shipping lanes and sourcing decisions harder to predict than at any point in the last decade. Tariffs, currency moves, raw material availability. These are volatile inputs now. Not stable background conditions.

Female-founded brands are running on tighter margins, smaller stock buffers, and less corporate-level supply chain advisory than the big players. You're the most exposed. And you have the least access to the people solving this. That's exactly what this day fixes.

⎯⎯⎯ What you'll learn

Seven sessions. The full supply chain  toolkit for your brand.

Real frameworks from women and specialists who build, ship, source and finance ecommerce brands every day. No theory. No fluff. Every session built to be useful by Monday.

How to protect your supply chain from a single point of failure. Alternative sourcing regions. Manufacturer due diligence. Tech pack fundamentals that stop production errors before they start.

Re-modelling your landed costs for 2026 and 2027. Sea, air and express. When to switch. Managing surcharges, route disruption, and duty changes without wrecking your margin.

When to stay in-house. When to outsource. How to choose a 3PL that scales with you, not against you. And how to read a fulfilment quote properly so you know what you’re actually paying for.

Stopping stock from eating your cashflow. Forecasting that works for seasonal and trend-driven brands. When to hold, when to run lean, and how to know the difference.

The margin audit every brand should run on its top 10 SKUs. Where profit quietly disappears. The numbers your accountant isn’t watching that are costing you thousands a month.

Paying suppliers in multiple currencies without losing 3 to 5 percent on every transaction. When to hedge. When to use multi-currency accounts. What the banks don’t tell you.

How to fund stock without maxing out your cashflow or your credit card. Comparing the options: PayPal, Shopify Capital, Wayflyer, Prospa, Lumi, Clearco. What each is actually for.

⎯⎯⎯ WHO'S IN THE ROOM

Lisa

SHE-com founder. Podcast host

The woman who built this community.

Gabi

SHE-com co-founder

Multi-million dollar product brand founder.

Event Speakers

Justin Irvine

Co-founder The Aggregate Co

Justin is the supply chain expert in the room. 30+ years in logistics, a $100M parcel and technology business built and sold, and now The Aggregate Co the ops partner behind some of Australia's biggest ecommerce brands. He'll get practical on fulfilment, freight and the systems that keep you shipping when things go wrong. This is his home turf.

Rebecca Williams

CEO Seed and Sprout

Rebecca has run Seed & Sprout through the exact storms this summit is about. Floods that cut off the Northern Rivers. Freight chaos. Rapid growth with stock that had to keep moving. She'll show the room how to lead a physical-product business when the supply chain breaks and still grow. Before Seed & Sprout she spent 20+ years at brands like Mercedes-Benz and Thermomix.

Lorenzo Gonzalez

Co-founder CMY Cubes

Enzo built CMY Cubes from a single 3D-printed prototype into a product shipped worldwide. As the engineer co-founder, he owns the part most founders fear: manufacturing, sourcing and making a physical product at scale. He'll unpack how product and production decisions decide whether you actually profit. Prep starts at the factory.

Gabi Saper

Co-founder SHE-com and CMY Cubes

Gabi creates demand at scale she turned CMY Cubes into a multi-million-dollar global brand through viral social and ecommerce. But virality breaks businesses that aren't ready to supply it. She'll connect the growth side to the supply side: how to market hard without selling what you can't ship. She's also co-founder and Chief Growth Officer of SHE-com.

Alexa Lowe

Kulani Kinis Production Manager

Alexa runs production for Kulani Kinis, a swimwear brand stocked around the world. She lives the day-to-day of supplier management, production planning and seasonal demand the unglamorous work that keeps stock on shelves. She'll bring the practitioner's view of building a supply chain that holds.

Jim Vrondas

Senior Leader

Jim leads World First's Australian operations, working directly with hundreds of ecommerce brands managing the FX and cross-border payment infrastructure that sits underneath their supply chain. World First supports over 1.5 million customers worldwide and thousands of Australian businesses, both small and large. Jim brings the operator-side perspective on what's actually happening with the Australian dollar, where founders are quietly losing money, and what the smartest operators do differently.

Laura Campbell

Founder

Laura took Hackerlily from prototype to national retail with no outside investment, building the first Australian-owned strap-free hipseat baby carrier into an award-winning brand. As a solo founder, she owns every link in the chain: design, manufacturing, sourcing and getting a physical product onto shelves. She'll bring the practitioner's view of scaling into new markets, backed by 20+ years in commercial strategy and go-to-market.

Sonia Chadburn

Ex CEO/CFO Nak Hair and current Fractional CFO for SHE-com clients

Resilience is a numbers game, and Sonia is the numbers person. A chartered accountant who became CEO and CFO of NAK Hair lifting governance and steering the brand to a successful sale. Now a fractional CFO for SHE-com clients, she'll show how cash flow, inventory and margin decide whether your supply chain makes money. Prep for profit starts on the balance sheet.

Chris Dobson

Founder & CEO

Chris runs one of Australia's most respected ecommerce 3PL operations, with a customer base spanning brands from early traction through to multi-million dollar operators. The voice the room needs for what scale fulfilment actually looks like from the inside, and what good service provision looks like at every stage of a brand's growth.

Georgina Townley

Founder

Georgina turned a simple idea into Smelly Balls, a reusable air freshener brand now shipped around the world. As the creator of a product built on ethically sourced materials, she knows what it takes to scale without cutting corners on quality or supply. She'll bring the founder's view of growing a globally recognised brand while keeping values, sourcing and customer experience intact under pressure.

Philip Hutchinson

Supply Chain Advisor

Philip is a supply chain operator with 20 years across airlines, mining, FMCG and ecommerce, from networks of 160,000 SKUs across 100 locations down to lean just-in-time operations. The constant: using data to find profit and growth in the supply chain. As Advisor and Partner at Online Brands Group, he leads turnarounds across demand planning, 3PL and logistics design, ERP and inventory optimisation. He's most useful where a complex operational problem needs to be unpicked and rebuilt.

Vanessa Megan

Founder

Vanessa built Vanessa Megan into a clean, science-backed skincare brand stocked in leading spas across Australasia. A model turned biochemistry-driven formulator, she owns the hard part of a natural product: sourcing powerful ingredients with no fillers or synthetics, then holding that standard at scale. She'll bring the founder's view of building a values-led physical product where formulation, sourcing and quality can't be compromised. Because what you put on your skin, and in your supply chain, matters.

Acacia Clarke

Founder

Acacia Clarke is the Co-Founder of PuraU and a former Registered Nurse turned entrepreneur. After her own seven-year battle with acne and severe side effects from conventional treatments, she left nursing to build a more natural, root-cause approach to skin and gut health. In 2020, Acacia launched PuraU alongside her partner, Reever, and together they have grown it from a spare-room startup into a multi-million dollar Australian brand that has helped more than 50,000 people improve their skin, gut health and confidence.

Deanne Luke

Founder & Managing Director

Deanne is the Founder and Managing Director of Lexington Logistics. With more than 14 years of experience working with product-based brands and over seven years in third-party logistics, Deanne has developed a reputation for helping businesses scale through strong systems, operational excellence, and customer-centric strategies. Drawing on experience from both the brand and logistics sides of business, she provides practical insights into growth, leadership, fulfilment, customer experience, and building sustainable businesses that are designed to scale.

Catherine Dix

Managing Director

Catherine leads waterdrop across Australia and New Zealand, growing a sustainable beverage brand in a primarily direct-to-consumer model. With a background as agency COO driving digital growth for DTC businesses, she sits where marketing, fulfilment and P&L meet. She'll bring the operator's view of running a profitable physical-product business: supply chain and ecommerce fulfilment, inventory and margin, all under one roof. Growth only counts when you can ship it and bank it.
