GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all giveaways, competitions, and promotions run by SHE-com (each a Giveaway). By entering any Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Giveaways are open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of SHE-Com Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. SHE-com reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
By entering a Giveaway, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these terms. Only one entry per person per Giveaway is permitted unless otherwise stated in the Giveaway post or promotion. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
All prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used by the selected winner only. No substitutions or changes will be permitted. If a prize includes access to a SHE-com program, the winner will be subject to the Program Terms and Conditions at https://shecom.co/program-terms-and-conditions/.
Winners may be selected by skill-based judging, random draw, or any other method at SHE-com’s discretion.
Winners will be notified via email or social media direct message within seven (7) days of the Giveaway closing. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, SHE-com reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
By entering a Giveaway, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes.
Where a Giveaway is run in conjunction with a sponsor or partner (Partner), you also consent to:
(a) SHE-com sharing your entry information (including your name, email address, phone number, and business details) with the Partner named in the Giveaway entry materials;
(b) the Partner contacting you directly about their products, services, and offers, including by email, SMS, and phone; and
(c) the Partner handling your information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Your information may also be used by SHE-com for marketing purposes, including contacting you about programs, events, and business growth opportunities. You may opt out of SHE-com marketing communications at any time. To opt out of Partner communications, you will need to contact the Partner directly.

By entering, you agree that SHE-com may use your name, business name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes across SHE-com’s website, social media, and email channels without additional compensation.
You are not permitted to enter any SHE-com Giveaway if you operate a competing business, coaching program, or educational service. SHE-com reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes to be a competitor.
a. SHE-com reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any Giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
b. SHE-com’s decision on all matters relating to any Giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
c. SHE-com is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or delays in communication.
d. Entrants agree to release SHE-com from any liability arising from participation in any Giveaway or the acceptance and use of any prize.
